Eligibility
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Opened products are not eligible for refund unless approved on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Requests
- Must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Requests beyond 30 days are not eligible.

Return Shipping

Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping Issues
In the event of a shipping related issue (such as delay, misdelivery, or loss) Stateside Bio can reship your package 7 business days after the original scheduled delivery date, and once we receive confirmation from the shipping carrier regarding the status of your original order. We appreciate your understanding as we work with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly and securely as possible.
Order Cancellations or Modifications
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.
- After 30 minutes or once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including Puerto Rico.
Carrier Delays
Stateside Bio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier issues
- Other factors beyond our control
Address Accuracy
- Double-check your shipping address during checkout.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Confirmation
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but not received, contact the carrier.
- We are happy to assist with filing a claim but are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
